The Playground at Water Works Park
The Playground at Water Works Park is a 4,000 square foot play space which accommodates children of all abilities. Built on a 180 acre bluff site donated by New Town Macon, the entire playground was constructed in one day on April 5, 2008. The combined efforts of the Junior League of Macon, the Bibb County Medical Society, The Peyton Anderson Foundation and numerous businesses and individuals have resulted in a unique play space which will encourage play for years to come.
In addition to the commitment made by Boston Law Partner Wendy Boston to spear-head and successfully complete The Playground, The Boston Law Firm was one of the major financial contributors to the project. |
